I think the stat points from items should be included in the stat% buff, it currently is only based on core stats similar to how Focus Lv functions.

Do you think it should be an addition to see what is the max value?

What if you have like 40+35 and then a 50+24, does the 40+35 get the buff or the 50+24?

Also, this is basically tacking on a +5 because most people do +35, which I can actually get behind.

I think this skill also may need a buff, as well as a diminishing return decrease in order to make gene augment beneficial to 5 focus builds.

I think that the 40+35 would get the buff instead of 50+24.

Incase the two or more stats are tied, or if a player attempts a flat 81 stat build, meaning four stats being the same value, the buff would apply to all four stats for a total of 81*.15*4 = 48.6 stat points from a 15% Gene Augment, for single stat maximum, Tech would be 184+35 = 219*.15 = 32.85, this passive would be a small incentive to for Cyber Hunter to have a Focus-esque build that is past the normal Focus 5 build.

I don't think there is a need to introduce further diminishing returns specific to this passive, the removal of Def/Res diminished returns past 100 stat points as I stated in your Def/Res scaling thread should be all that is done to address it.
