If it helps, most stuff gets better over levels, according to leveling discussions on endgame/competitive-battling.
Classes worry about mana less, since mana costs remain the same while the amount goes up.
My personal frustration is how health potions cap at 600 or so health; every level past 50 lowers the use of health potions as monster damage increases.
Still, the ability to spam powerful abilities makes up for that, somewhat.
