I am just following the ultimate mage guide to get my kit optimal again (Annihilator beastmaster mage).
But I'm having trouble finding some of the items on there, and I do not know if the items in that guide are still optimal or good.
So if someone could help me out that would be great.

For example, does anyone know where to get the defensive dragon staff/wand?
It was supposed to be obtainable through the dragons gone wild 2015 quest.
However when heading to dragonspine this is replaced by the dragons gone wild 2018 quest and gives me the option to buy a fire weapon.

The new AQ Wiki is generally a better choice when looking for optimized gear and meta strats, as the Mage Guide is a few years out of date.

I will have a look over there then, to bad because i just replaced all my spells and some weapons.
New spells i have now are pretty good tho.
I might ask for a review here sometime in the future then.
