I don't know what you already have or necessarily what will be available to choose some but will list some options here as generally very rare or otherwise highly sought after items that you could pick:
Rare classes with unique skill sets (except HeroMart classes): Artifact Hunter, Blademaster, ClawSuit, Chunin, Darkside, Legion Blademaster Assassin, Leprechaun, Ultra OmniKnight, Undead Goat, Unlucky Leperchaun (don't pick this), Vindicator of They.
Rare class skins from the first year of the game: Classic Alpha Pirate, Barber, Beta Berserker, Witch, Vampire
Other rares from the first year: Star Sword, Balrog Blade, Sword of Swordlyness (clearly the best choice)
Rare Nulgath items: Oblivion Blade of Nulgath, Blood of Nulgath, Fiend of Nulgath, Hex of Nulgath, Shadow of Nulgath, Void of Nulgath - if you can get the (Rare)-tagged versions then so much the better.
Rare Legion items: DarkCaster (the original armor as it unlocks the class), Hardcore Paragon Pet, Paragon Pet, Living Blademaster Armor, Lesser Caladbolg, Thanatos. You could go for a more efficient Legion Token farming pet but I'd advise against that as they'll likely release similarly efficient if not better ones down the line.
Non-rare hardcore farming rewards to save a good hundred hours or so: Legion Revenant and Necrotic Sword of Doom
