Both the sunderer and tether are 20 proc dark weapons with a SP harm toggle that costs the same per turn. They are also both Ultra rare GGB.

After a quick look I think it is: Tether is the original and is a staff. Then there is the contest clone that is Severer and its copy Sunderer.
