.Lord Ginger. -> New Promotion Special (Frozen Fist) (12/7/2019 11:16:38) The new promotion special is good for its damage, but it's blockable. There's not really much reason to use this core because of this (since most primary cores used are unblockable like Tentacle Prison and Wolf Fury (which still needs a nerf)), and it has the animation of cores like Chairman's Fury and Captain's Charge that are also unblockable. The core is alright in general and it has its counters like Kartherax and the Buccaneer, but it shouldn't be a blockable one for what it's worth. It can take maybe a small base nerf to compensate, but other than that it's fine

It's also usable whenever unlike the blood hawk's 45%. I think it's necessary to make cores better if you want to see them being used in comparison to the current cores, the blood hawk core is hardly used.
