ur going to fail -> Mission "Target Lock" - Lionheart Alliance Pt 2 is Glitched (12/16/2019 23:04:17) This missions is glitched as you can farm the lionheart soldiers as much as you want, I've done them all many times, and the item needed to complete the mission will not drop no matter what

It could specifically be a certain level NPC which someone else would have to confirm, but I haven't had problems with the chain myself.

It may take multiple tries as did some item drops in a mission with Titan.
