It is bugged big time. anyone playing the game today knows that. Please look into this, the shield reduces dmg to 30 dmg, 50 for skills, no matter how powerful the attack, with rage or not. And no matter what skill one uses, 30-50 dmg. It is very OP right now. Can we get it fixed?
