If I have negative STR/DEX, would they reduce overall damage or are they treated as 0? ONly asking because I dont have the "Simple Stat Info" enabled, and I was just wondering if it was going to negatively affect me when I equip items that reduce the primary damage stats.

It should reduce overall damage otherwise items that have a negative stat in exchange for positive stats wouldn't be balanced.
