What exactly does this thing do? I have the ancient shadow warrior armor and from what I read it is supposed to modify it but I do not see how.

It modifies the final skill for the normal and shadow base classes. It makes it so that the final skill has a 50% chance of giving an extra potion. Warrior-Cloak Scrap
