Ryu Draco -> Freeze Buffing Question (2/3/2020 4:43:54) Quick question about stacking effectiveness: both Nilak and Frost Effigy affect freeze rate (one reduces enemy resistance, other boosts probability), are they effectively the same? Also, do both combine effectively with the new Frostgale misc or is it pick one of the above?

Primate Murder -> RE: Freeze Buffing Question (2/3/2020 6:07:39) Both Nilak and the Effigy give +20 to your Freeze inflictions, but Effigy is generally the better choice because it also a) inflicts Freeze and b) gives potency to other freeze-type effects like Petrifyor Hypersalinate. And yes, either one of the pets stacks with the misc.
