kron -> Blade of the Briar vs Quenching Bloodzerker vs Hydromancer's Bloodblade (2/8/2020 19:18:56) so out of those 3 weapons, which is the best to use Blade of the Briar , and Quenching Bloodzerker , and Hydromancer's Bloodblade for offensive?

If you are running ANY Bloodmage armor but are not running ANY Bloodzerker armor, then Hydromancer's Bloodblade is the best. If you are running neither Bloodzerker nor Bloodmage, then Bloodzerker Blade and Bloodblade are equally good.

It has some limited if rather intersting utility, but overall you want weapons to max out your damage, which makes the other options presented notably superior.
