According to the info subs:

The damage should be 165, but I am taking 476 damage. Is this a bug or a adjustment?

I tested it just now in various armour leans & with Neko, Regardless of what I am using, I am receiving 476 damage from the backstab.

Yeah, so am I. I thought is was because I was in a darkness resist armor so my light resistance was high but the info subs said fixed damage so that should not be an issue.

Presumably it has something to do with the bloodblade update where it's no longer based on 0 END max HP cost but MPCost/1.5 which is also why grimlord costs 95 HP and not 33 anymore.

Edit: Seemingly the dragonfang misc from last year's frostval giftboxes and the iron maiden GGB spell also cost several times more hp so this might be a global change

I just checked, and Grimlord has not changed for hp cost(yet)
