Is Loco balanced? He needs a nerf I think. No way he should have those stats at level 150. I mean, 1000 LUK and CHA and 200 for everything else? Geez, so OP.

It's funny because before, mob stats could be really odd (you still can't see their BTH) and since their damage etc varied to much, seeing their STR etc didn't tell you much.

Also they had hilarious builds, like some very charismatic mobs... or lucky mobs, when luck still did basically nothing.

I was def being sarcastic. It was really fun role playing as an NPC. It'd be fun to have more of those.

I want someone that make the Super Drakel mob learn how to use it's insane INT.
