Do you have to be a member to access Snowball Amberarms' Quest? I have it in my inventory but I can't access the quest through the pet or Zoshi in /towerofdoom.

yes, it is since you can't equip it unless you're a member I would know since I'm a member and also have the pet. plus you can check the wiki too for this one.
