ChanDamasco -> Custom face help (4/10/2020 8:16:05) I purchased a custom face package a year and a half ago and I was never contacted nor my character got a new face. I sent an email a few hours after purchase and I got the ztokens immediately after purchase but I still don't have my custom face or got a reply. How long does it take or do I just stop waiting? Thank you

kreem -> RE: Custom face help (4/10/2020 11:49:49) You can message The Hollow(Click) via forums or email customface@battleon.com. You should mention the following if applicable: images for reference, details of the face and if you have a preferred artist(either Hollow or Anim make them I believe.) It typically takes 3 to 9 months in total to start and finish a custom face but you can check up on the status of your face by emailing customface@battleon.com. If it takes longer or you have any changes to your request message them once. For any further questions regarding the faces Hollow or the email can help. For other account, payment, upgrade, token issues perhaps take a look at or message Player Support.
