BlackwingMF -> Swordhaven Alliance (4/14/2020 0:15:01) so after a couple of days returning, I've managed to skim through all of the book 3 quests I missed out on since 2016, and have reached the faction alliance questline in swordhaven. I am a little torn however, as I do not know which to choose from. Does anyone have any insight on one possibly being more beneficial than the other?

Clausy -> RE: Swordhaven Alliance (4/15/2020 19:10:47) Ultimately, once the questline is over you can play all 3 anyway so just choose whichever you like the sound of most. I personally chose the Golden Hand as I love anything Neiboheim related. : )

No matter the path you select, you currently have access to the same quest formats and drops (merge items with no function). The latest quests have converged back into a single path and it is unclear if and when any path-exclusive content will appear. I would personally recommend just selecting a path and keeping up with the others by reading Pedia transcriptions, watching DF YouTubers, or selecting the other paths on secondary characters if you have them.
