Is there one in the game right now? Preferably one that debuffs the enemy with 25-50 all resist. Also, is it worth it to buy the Chi bomb from Akira? Thanks in advance

No there's not, and there'll never ever be something that blatantly overpowerered. And yes it is worth to buy chi bomb

fair enough, it was just wistful thinking on my part XD
could you tell me why chi bomb is worth buying? I heard that it was nerfed a lot over the year and would like to know how good it is at the moment before buying

I am also curious. I passed buying it because I'd seen on an old thread it'd gotten nerfed kind of hard.

Chi Bomb was nerfed, but only to make something that was blatantly overpowered a little less so. It still scales to target HP, so the higher the HP, the higher the damage.

While it can no longer Crit, its damage can additionally be increased with high player STR (since it will do non-Crit damage), high player Boost (from skills, pet dragon, weapon specials, or preferably a combination), and high -All and/or -Nature resistance on the target (since Chi Bomb is locked to Nature element, unless you can manipulate this with Grove Tender's weakness-seeking special). The right set up can still generate a lot of damage.

Additionally, there is still an anomaly with Chi Bomb I've experienced. While it will deal between 6-19% of target's HP most of the time, and 20-25% less frequently (all % values are multiplied by 4, so the intended max of 25% HP = 100% power), it technically can deal more damage than this, however it is so rare to happen that it's not a viable feature to integrate into any strategy, and is probably the result of a bug.
