Perhaps Iv'e got it wrong but is/was ther a "dragon month" at some point please and if so, when was it please.

I don't think it's a seasonal thing, all I could find relating to it was this one Design Note: https://www.aq.com/gamedesignnotes/novemberdragonmonth-4423. It just seems to be a month where a lot of Dragon-y stuff was released.
