Does this thing still drops? It hasn't been tagged rare on the wiki while the other one mention going rare soon has been tagged rare. I have also been trying to get it for the last hour.

The Design Note mentioning that it would go rare soon was March 30th, so it's probably save to assume it's gone since this was several weeks ago, especially given your countless attempts and it not being that low of a drop rate, iirc. I tried it myself for a little bit too with no staff dropping.

I tried for another hour and yeah its still hasn't dropped, i guess it is rare now. Anyway thanks.
