According to the forum entry here, this quest appears in the Book of Lore during the character's birth month. I am pretty sure that it is my character's birth month, but I am not seeing any button to start this quest in the Book of Lore. I think they made a recent update to the Book; did this update remove the quest?

If not, can anyone tell me the location of the quest in the Book of Lore?

It still appears on your character's birthday month, it's currently available for one of mine. Note the date on your character's profile is the date when your account was made, not necessarily the date when that specific character was made; I don't think this information is actually available anywhere for secondary characters.

That said, from the profile you have linked to your account on here, it appears you might need to wait until next month if that is your first/only character.
