I can't find the Cai-Man pet that should be in the Blarney war past rewards considering ist's from 2019. Anyone know where it is?

I think that pet was a challenge reward and only given to the best war performers. Usually you don't get access to those post-war unless you unlocked it.

Challenge rewards are recolors only, the rewards themselves are available to everyone.

If you have Blarney Portal Painting, you can travel to Reef Financing quest - the pet's there, I checked. Otherwise, the item's in Limbo.
