I bought the book and I have 10x permanent boosters. So... :

1- What quest is best for xp now that I have this book ?
2- What seasonal loot is best for all equipment slots (no need pets) ?

1. Voltabolt's Challenge is still the premier xp farming spot due to the boss' large energy weakness.
2. You can consult the BiS lists created by other players here and here, which include some items which are seasonal.

The link is too hard to understand :/ it's not organized/updated as most items are way low level.

Hi, I'm the person who created the BiS guide. It is organized and updated, and is accurate for all items up until this week's release. What don't you understand about the organization of the guide? I feel it's pretty self explanatory.
