The'Galin's Frigid Hatred has 50% Harm resistance. That's a package item, though.

A Void Dragon war is very much welcomed, but I remember the many times they bested me. Can be very tricky.

If you happen to have the very old shield 'Guardian Bouncy Trampoline', you can reduce some void damage. However, the resistance is trivial... I'd say going aggro is the only choice when facing void dragons

@Above: Galanoth's birthday is March 20th Also, when fighting Void Dragons your best bet is to go all out attack. They pack a punch. Also, make sure to lean towards accuracy since they drain your life if you are blocked.

Here's hoping the Void war leads to the Void update Hollow mentioned was happening in May, with rotating Void takeovers. And here's REALLY hoping the Chaos Knight is one of those!
