For a pure warrior str dex luck 250, which weapon should be purchased? do I purchase the armor as well

They are functionally similar, with the sole difference being the FSB. Bloodblade gets bonus damage with Bloodmage armors, and Zerker blade with zerker armors. As a warrior, you're unlikely to use Bloodmages a lot, so I say go for the Bloodzerker blade.

Bloodzerker armors are among the best armors for their respective elements (hp-cost damage boost + 2x elelocked damage toggle), so if you have the URs, go for it.

Warriors should purchase only Bloodzerker Blade+Plate as the weapon uses its MC on a downtrigger for the effect of 10% damage if the elements match or 5% if its the other seven elements.
If you do not intend to purchase the Bloodzerker Armor the Blade's MC is useless, a nontrigger MC damage weapon such as GGB Thrale's Scorn and Zealot's Wrath from Packages have +5% damage on top of their +15% damage player output/intake is equivalent of using Bloodzerker Blade+Armor when the Armor's own boost is excluded.

Hybrids/Mages should purchase only Bloodmage Weapon+Armor as it has the same effect as zerker, the difference is they have mana to expend on spells and with a larger maximum mana than Warriors, mana potions are able to be utilized at full power to continue to cast spells past the assumptions of balance standards.
