In case you haven't seen it yet, here's a document I created which is a compilation of every skill balance change I could find throughout ED's history. Didn't know where else to post it so I'll put it here.

On Waybackmachine i went on EDWiki and found a skill for Merc named "Personal Shield - Passive energy boost" and "Enhanced Attack (Possibly) - ?????" i didn't find these in your document

We saw these as well and talked about them. We either couldn't find more information on them, or they were never implemented in game so they were not added. (I don't remember which one)

Regardless, we talked about these skills and thought about whether or not to include them in the document and decided against it.

Right?? I had a really epic nostalgia trip reading through all those old design notes. I'd highly recommend working through all of them backwards if you have the time. :)

I applaud you for doing this, as well as the others who have contributed, it is lovely to look back on all the changes. That's an awfully long write up, so kudos!

I still think hybrid armor should still start as Defense, but can be switched to Resistance during battle with the increased # value instead of a percentage
