The Transdimensional head casing is a weekly release, however it doesn't mean there is a new one for each week, new items are dependent on an artist to create art for, if J6 who is the sole artist behind this series didn't post a teaser on his twitter, then one cannot expect an update.
As players we cannot explain a Dev's personal schedule on releases and should not demand a change in priorities from their responsibilities in every AQW release, as observed on his twitter, he is the main background artist for AQW, and makes equipment/monsters on the side.
