Legendario -> Blood contract vs. Rejuvenating Necklace (6/18/2020 6:12:27)

For a mage, blood contract boosts weapon damage by about 127%
On the Rejuvenating Necklace's info sub, it states that weapon damage is multiplied by *4/3 which would make it a 33% boost?
If those numbers are correct, would using Rejuventating Necklace over Blood contract be better?

That's absolutely not how Rejuvenating Necklace works. Rejuvenating Necklace heals your MP based on the damage dealt. This healing amount is multiplied by 4/3 because magic weapons normally only do 75% of the damage of melee/ranged weapons to heal an equal amount no matter the weapon type. When the info subs refer to damage, they mean damage dealt as is used for the healing calculation. Rejuvenating Necklace provides no actual damage benefits whatsoever.

Rejuvenating Necklace does not increase your damage. I can see why the item entry might be confusing, though. The "Damage from Magic weapons is multiplied by *4/3" means that you heal MP equal to 4/3 of the MP from Melee/Ranged weapons. This is because of the damage penalty that Magic attacks receive. The same with spells. It means that you heal MP equal to 1/2 of the Melee/Ranged weapon heal.
