It receives updates once a year and but sometimes has 2 years gaps.
Since it is part of Book 2 (that had it's own development issues), I don't think it is that high on priority list since we are in Book 3 currently and currently True Mortal saga hasn't been that important to the main storyline, as good as it has been.
It was last updates one year ago so it is possible it will receive another update sometime this year, but don't get your hopes up.
