Chaosweaver and Pyromancer are two of the best armors in the game, with radically different playstyles. Chaosweaver is a glass cannon - it has massive burst and sustained damage output but guts its own defenses to achieve the damage. Pyromancer combines ridiculous healing with decent damage every ~22 turns, but then needs to spend 10 of those 22 turns applying a dot to its enemies.
ACCL is bad. It has long CDs on buffs/debuffs and a 4 turn CD on its best attack. It has niche use for farming, but for bossing it's arguably true that the non upgraded CCL is better than both of its upgrades.
EPL is decent. It's been doing a bit worse on bosses recently, because everything is stun immune (and EPL depends on landing stuns). But it still has ok defenses, damage, and healing.
