Elite Warlord -> Miscs with flat reductions in resists (9/8/2020 17:34:16)

Hi,

I am having a hard time looking for misc equipment that gives a flat reduction, so far, i know of only 3, the helm of drakonnan, helm of drakonnas, and head of raydius dragon. Can someone tell me of others or point me in the right direction so I can investigate?

The 2 Prime Treasures - Um of Daryngord, Everfrozen Shard and Head of Raydius Dragon.

EDIT: As a general rule look for older miscs - new standards tend to be % based while old miscs were exact numbers.

shikyo and kitsune mask are NOT reducing by a flat amount anymore, they were rebalanced to % resist a while ago
