I can't seem to find the Exalted Paladin Guard, it's infosub says that it can be found in the Paladin Armory, but when I check it only has the normal Paladin Guard shields avaiable.

Exalted Paladin Guard was updated to the Paladin Guard you see now, the old one no longer exists. If you're looking for a dual Light/Darkness shield the Luminous Shield is the way to go.
