I noticed that my account that rocks ultra guardian equipment has an Ultra!!!Guardian Scythe. Is there an Ultra!!!Guardian variant like the AWE!!! or is it just the scythe? If so is it unlocked by unlocking and purchasing the AWE!!! upgrades? If not, how?

Yes, all the non-standard Guardian no-drops have !!! versions. You get them by (permanently) equipping the Awe items. Then get the GGB upgrades. Then change back to UltraGuardian. It will become Ultra!!!Guardian.
