How do I get Underworld Epoch and if I get the 2016 calendar will I have the Archivist set or will I have to do a quest for the set to be available to me?

You could get the UnderWorld Epoch by buying the 2020 Calendar. You'll have the full skill set for Archivist once you obtain it.
