Go to "The Anomaly" on the map, it'll take you to Atrea - most of the story takes place here. Then, just go forward until you meet Yolande - she has all the story quests. You can also go to The Spire while you're there, where you can get an upgraded version of your base class (if you have a DA).
Additionally, book 2 has the True Mortal quest line and the AleXander quests (you'll need a DA as AleXander takes up a special character slot) if you want to pursue them.
