my character is a burst warrior and im not quite sure how the boss works, it takes damage on the first hit but then stops?

After the boss looses ~33% hp, it gains a shield status, taking no damage until you deliver at least one hit of every element (this includes pets, guests and statuses like Prismatic Burn).

Also, be sure to conserve your hp - in the third phase, the boss removes all your sp/mp.


Edit: Oh, and make sure to have a spare darkness armor - the monster's attacks can inflict an effect that reduces all the damage you deal in your current armor.

The easy answer is to use the Paladin armor. A little on the nose, but very effective. If you have any guests and pets, you can use them to clear out the elemental shield faster, they just have to hit. Also, pets can still be used for the last stage, as well as Skeeter if you have CHA. Don't be afraid to use up your SP before the last phase, it'll be reset to 0 and won't regen, along with your MP.

isnt there a spell that hits for every element? i remember there being something like that, maybe i could use a low level one? not sure



nvm, darnit the spider left already :(

did i miss anythign that'd be super good for my character?
