Is the Paladin order/class quests anywhere on the map? Or is it only accessible through the Today's Event on Battleon?

Its NorthEast of Battleon and between Crossroads and Martial Artist.

Just to add, the location of Paladin (class) was renamed to Halls of Honor.

Seeing your character is at level 150 you should know and find/recognize the location of Paladin (class).
