I might just be blind but I can't find the quest to get the VelociZard Rider armour. Where is it?

EDIT : That was just the Dinozard pet quest. Is VelociZard in limbo?

The Velocizard Dinozard Rescue release was already reported in Limbo Bugs Post #77, #84, #90 since 11/5/2018, Devs still haven't added it to Frogzard Hunter's shop quests yet.
