I killed Desolich 8 - 10 times tonight. It did not drop the horn once. It kept giving the message that I must be defeated by Desolich. So I tried to suicide Desolich, and I still didn't get the item. I have the "I'm going to let it shine" quest activated, by the way. Why is the item not dropping? Is the quest bugged? Does the item have a very low drop rate? Am I doing something wrong?
