Iv'e heard that (re aqw), that Flash will no longer be supported.
1) Howcome/why please?

2) When will this happen please?

3) Is it MANDATORY to download Artix Launcher to play aqw please?

4) If so, where can I load it from?

Please read Adobe Flash Player EOL General Information Page

One can always download older versions of browsers that support Flash, one would simply ignore the update prompts as the new versions won't be compatible.
