What are some MP recovery weapons, armors, skills/spells, miscs and shields? It'd be great if there's a quickcast sp skill that recovers MP.

Adventure quest has several options for players to restore mp that are not permanent rare. I will list a few options for you.

Any tome weapons can restore mp for one player turn.

Mana Bat is one possible guest that can restore mp.
Essence of Carnage is another guest that can restore mp. Note that Essence of Carnage is due for a real nerf.

Any godmother is one possible pet that can restore mp.

Pixel Ether and Z-finity Gauntlet: Mind allow qc conversion of sp into mp. Unfortunately, both are rare now.

Rejuvenating Necklace misc and EoC guest mentioned by ruleandrew heal mp based on the damage you deal.

Kindred shield stores charges (also available via set's armor and pet) for a qc 1/turn mp heal.

Dreamweaver's Insight, Haunted Dragonlord's Insight and Eclipsed Dragonlord's Insight are weapons that heal a notable amount of mp based on the number of hits you make.
