Guardswordian -> Does Kindred full set really give initiative bonus? (12/17/2020 2:46:57)

I'm trying to get initiative bonus, and I know Whispering Raiment does, but frankly, that armor is much weaker than lv.150 armors. Stalking paw also gives initiative bonus, but it's only when triggered. I found in the link below that Kindred full set gives initiative bonus as well, but the armor's information says nothing of the sort. Does it really give the bonus? If so, by how much? Do I need the pet as part of the full set, or do I just need the weapon, armor, and shield?
