hi guys! i haven't played frostval in DF since 2012? i think.

anyway, my question is, Are Frostval war rewards perma-rare here in DF? i wanna ask because frostval rewards in AQ classic are perma rares.

No, they can be accessed every time the Frostval storybook is available.
