Is Shadow Eater of Wrath still available in-game, since its rarity is "limited time drop rarity"?

Alina's Tweet was posted on Dec 15, usually daily drops leave at the end of the month they were released in and according to an unofficial AQW News & Reddit Tweet it may have left on Dec 31.

As long as the Dev remains active on the AQW team inclusive of his/her birthday, their items will return annually, the only exceptions are Nulgath and Beleen, who despite having departed continue to receive content associated to their themes.
