Backlash Damage (Full Version)

I'm doing Backlash damage while doing the Mage quest. I don't think I'm wearing any backlash gear, I'm wearing Wooden Staff, Cloth Robes and Adventurer Shield, casting DB. No pets/guests. There is no backlash indicator on the Status Effects scroll.

The backlash is a bit "high" too, almost equal to the damage I receive, though I'm only level 35. How is this possible?

EDIT: I re-logged, it didn't happen again. Probably just a bug

Have you been using the Angra Linnorm pet?

Don't have it on that character. I do have it on another character on the same acc

Angra Linnorm gives backlash itself.
