I'd love to know if you have more to add from my list of Cosmetic Items, yes these stuffs dont give stats as they are for character beautification/design only.

The Hive Ranger gear from last month were cosmetic items (cape and helm). The weapon has no stats as well, but does have a special like the Ice Scythe. And i believe this month's pale sprout weapons are cosmetic as well.
