If I've bought more than one housing style, are they stored anywhere so I can switch between them or do you only keep the latest style you bought? For example, if I owned the Dragongrasp home and decided to buy the Frostvale style 2 home, would I be able to switch back to the Dragongrasp style or would I have to pay again?

Yes, you can own up to 5 houses. You can select and equip a house you already own from within any house shop menu.
