Hello, I'm wondering why the Shadow Base Classes are retired?.
Unfortunately they can't be obtained anymore and I don't know the reason. The classes even got facial and appearance update along with its Artifact and how are these updates really relevant when the class is rare?
I was hoping I can get at least one of them in 2016 when I ordered 2 HeroMart stuff and IIRC ironically its the year the class is retired.

If I can suggest something, please return the HeroPoints and give Heropoints to people who ordered from HeroMart since the classes retirement. This year I just ordered 3 HeroMart stuff and hoping to get the classes.

At most I can say it is HM’s discretion whether or not to return the HeroPoint system due to how there is practically no data for me to hypothetically conclude why they discontinued it in the first place (although I do suspect technical and multi-code shipping difficulties had a role in it).

For the part of the SBCs, the only ones craving for them are minority collectors. Furthermore, the only class benefitting from this is the rogue skin due to it drawing the most potential out of the 2 artifacts that SBCs are capable of using (Shadowheart and Cloak Scrap). Therefore, if there was a bleak chance, you’re more likely to see favor on revamping older calendar classes than making SBCs available once again.

Heromart staff has been asked in the past (both about Heropoints and other out-of-stock items like the panda hoodie) and it's been said they aren't going to be bringing any of them back.
If any of the 15 Heromart-exclusive classes in DragonFable were ever to be re-released, it'd have to be done independently of Heromart. However, it's also been said that AE hasn't allowed the DF staff to re-release any of the rare classes, despite the fact that they make up about a quarter of all the classes in the game.
So, you're just out of luck. Sorry.

The Shadow base classes received their artifact back while they were still available, and were never retroactively given the updated face model. You're likely thinking of the Ancient Shadow bases, which are distinct classes that required buying a different product in order to obtain.
