I know that there are some melee weapons that use DEX, but are there any ranged weapons (bows, spear, any weapon) that uses STR?

There are some 100 proc melee weapons yes. The most recent ones being the Frostaval 2020 war weapon and the weapon you get from defeating Baorus in the void.

I don't know of any Ranged weapons that only use STR. Ranged weapons use 80% STR and 20% DEX for their damage.
However, if you're thinking about 100-proc Melee weapons, then yeah, there are a few as Cupquake mentioned: Deathwright Whipblade, Dreamweaver's Scourge

Wasn't it the other way around?
Ranged Weapon: STR/10 + DEX/40
This formula implies that STR is 4x more effective for damage with ranged weapons.
