i think i remember reading somewhere that after legend status expires if u have a legend only house equipped that u will still have it active is this true and if so does that also apply to any legend only house items in it

When your Legend status expires, and you have a Legend only house it will be replaced by the Cottage.

However decorations will be removed. You will still retain your Legend only items but won't be able to use them.
